TOPIC: VITAL FACTS OF SPIRITUAL BATTLE

TEXT: JOEL 3:9-10

VITAL_FACTS_OF_SPIRITUAL_BATTLE:
1. The night season is critical for spiritual battle (Gen. 32:24; Josh. 8:3; Ex. 12:11-12)

·        
           Sleep and slumber is an abomination of spiritual warfare

·         Spiritual battle are both watchfulness and wakefulness

·         The battle of destiny that changed Jacob to Isreal happened in the night

·         The night season is a season for destiny to change

·         If you miss the night you can lose the war

·         Those who are addicted to sleep are allergic to victories in the battle of life

·         Demonic altars are best judged at night

·         The best time to tackle darkness is when it is dark

WHY THE NIGHT SEASON IS IMPORTANT FOR WARFARE:

1a. Satanic/ Enemy activity is highest at night (Matt. 13:24-25; Ps. 91:1-6; Job 35:10)

·         It is very critical to tackle the night in order to rest in the day

1b. The night season is a season for high or maximal spiritual signal transmission (Isa. 30:29-30; Ps. 19:2)

·         The night is pregnant with knowledge and ready for delivery

·         Receive the grace to maximize the night season in Jesus’ Name (Dr Paul Enenche)

·         Responsibility taking is the highest medicine to take and be awake

·         You cannot take responsibility and die as a liability

      2. Compromise is a major cause of vulnerability in spiritual battles (Judg. 5:8; 2 Sam. 1:27)

·         Every time you choose new gods, you invite extra battles

·         When the mighty falls, weapons disappear (2 Sam. 1:27)

       3. The Lord fights for those who call on Him in the midst of battles (1 Chron. 5:18; Ex. 14:13-14; 2 Chron. 20:1-4)

·         Covenant people are not permitted to execute any battle in their own strength

·         Don’t be afraid to say Lord am in battle please join me

·         Whenever you involve God in the battle, casualty is multiplied for the enemy

      4. The terror of the Lord is a weapon for the paralysis of the enemy in battle (Gen. 35:5; 2 Chron. 17:10; Deu. 11:25; Josh. 2:9-10)

·         When the fear of Lord is on your enemy, the REST of the Lord becomes your portion - Deut 11:25

          5. Spiritual battles are fought with spiritual weapons but they are won by spiritual strategies (Prov. 20:18; 24:6; Eccl. 9:18)

·         Wisdom wins wars faster than weapons
 
       6. Prophecies are potent weapons in spiritual battles (1 Tim. 1:18; 1 Thess. 5:20)

·         What God says concerning you is a weapon of war

       7. Priestly and prophetic mantles are assets of spiritual battles

·         The anointing of your father is critical in fighting your battles (Num. 31:6)

·         The mantle of your father is the mantle of battle
